The team has noticed the dust generation problem for a long time, and there is a lacking of relevant advanced technology in domestic market. The team has been devoted to develop and testing, after decades of R & D, the Spotlesser is finally developed.

l  The first generation SL3 Spotlesser was developed in 2009;

l  The PC system in Mitsubishi was successfully revamped and optimized, the dust removal rate reached up to 10 ppm;

l  Three patents on Spotlesser were obtained after 2011;

l  The lab specifically for TCC analysis was established in 2015, providing solid data supports for the research and development;

l  The second generation of SL3-95 Spotlesser was invented at the end of 2020, the core parts fully domestic-made is realized;

l  Over ten relevant patents was applied after 2021.
